I've been using DropBox since it first launched in 2008. It's been a lifesaver! It syncs all my computers so I never lose any data and always have updated data no matter which computer I used. And if at any time my computers crash...even if they all crash I won't lose the data I have in my Dropbox  all i need to do is log into my Dropbox account on any computer to retrieve the data.

Go to the site and watched their tour to learn more. It's free to use. However it you want more space you can upgrade if needed. I just noticed today that you can also earn more space by sharing it with others:)

It's also a great way to save space on your hard drive. You can upgrade to 50GB or 100GB of space! Or just stick with the free amount. In my opinion this is a must have!  You can also set up a folder to share with others of your choosing. This is the feature I used most when a friend of mine shared it with me. It was a great way to share very large files that didn't fit to send through email or messenger.
